2. No Refund After First Class

Once classes are confirmed and at least one class has been attended, no refund will be processed.

3. Refund in Case of Service Failure (Our Side)
If we are unable to deliver the scheduled classes for any reason from our side and you have already paid the fee, we will issue a refund after deducting the applicable refund processing charges.
4. Subscription Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel your subscription before the payment is processed. You may do so by:

Note: Once the payment is processed, refunds will not be issued.
5. Class Hold Policy
If you need to pause your classes for any personal reason, the remaining balance can be transferred to the next month only. However, if the refund processing fee exceeds the balance, no refund will be issued.
6. Refund for Full Month Attended

If you have attended classes for the full subscribed month and request a refund after receiving the complete service, no refund will be entertained.

7. First-Time User Policy

If you are a new student and this is your first month, and you are not satisfied, you are eligible for a full refund, provided the request is made within the first few days of the subscription.
